The victory marks a historic moment for Team USA, ending a 24-year drought for an American woman on the top step of the Olympic podium since 2002.

The Winning Score: Skating to Donna Summer's "MacArthur Park Suite," Liu delivered a career-best free skate score of 150.20, bringing her total to 226.79.
